My book is now available on Amazon, W.H.Smith, Waterstones and all world wide websites. It was chosen by the publisher as book of the week for nearly four weeks.
It is a motivational book from my experiences as a hypno-analyst and life coach. It contains the stories of the transformation of some of my clients, as well as myself. It is designed to inspire others to create and reach for their dream by developing their potential. I give exercises to uncover a person's latent talent and teach self-hypnosis/visualisations to accelerate the process. It is called Believe, Grow and Realise your Dream.
| Authors' Register: | About My Background Born in south London, I lived for ten years in Kent and now Hampshire. A mother of two grown up daughters, one a garden designer and mother of my two grandsons. The second daughter a programmer-analyst.
I have been in business as a Hypno-Analyst and Psychotherapist for seventeen years, until a few years ago when I suffered a stroke. Because of this I gave up the work due to stress of the job. I am now much improved and decided I could reach people with my writing as I do not want to return to working as a therapist.
I have attempted to write before both fiction and non- fiction. Before, however, I was not committed enough to reach my goal. I also did not have the time.
I am also a Life Coach which teaches goal setting and reward. I decided to set my own goal to write this book and become a published author. This goal has now been fulfilled and I am now in the process of writing my second book.
I am very pleased to have found this website which will continue to motivate me. Long may it last. |
