morgan.janice@sky.com | About My Writing Hi there,
I have always enjoyed writing in whatever form, but only began seriously writing fiction when I retired. It has taken four years to complete my first psychological novel, 'Borderline'. During this time I also completed a children's book ,'Once Upon a Toadstool'. The only work I have had published is an an article commissioned for 'Writers' Forum', and two poems in an anthology. | Authors' Register: | About My Background I have recently been widowed and I have a son, daughter-in-law and two grandchildren. When I retired four years ago I joined Caldicot Writers' Group, an excellent group of ten writers', most of whom are writing novels. Shortly before retiring I took a teacher training course and graduated with distinction. I then went on to study for a degree in Education and Training, graduating with first class honours at the age of sixty. An award for Outstanding Personal Achievement followed, making all my efforts worthwhile. Apart from devoting time to the family my days are filled with writing and all forms of creativity. I chair a patient's self help group and produce their newsletter 'BedPost.' |
